His wanted me to take the car to some auto express shop in fairfax, va saying that they have a contract with this place and it will be quick and fast. I wanted to try and go through a nissan dealership with an autobody shop if possible. I figured I am paying my insurance company to fight the battle for me. His could have offered me an even lower amount, right? I want my company to bicker and fight this out. If went with his insurance then who is fighting for me? It would only be me. So that is why I got mine involved. BTW I faxed over a crapload of invoices Bernie gave me in hopes they up the settlement amount.
